A VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) is a unique 17-character code for every car. You’ll find it at the bottom of the windshield on the driver’s side, on the driver’s door jamb, and on the title, registration and insurance card.
What information is in the report?
Accident and damage records, title brands (salvage, flood, rebuilt, lemon), odometer readings, ownership history, open recalls, liens and impounds, sale and auction records, market values and full vehicle specifications, depending on the records available for that VIN.
